Message	which is like the biggest deepest u ever seen in dc. like feet and half deep . my buddy was driving and i was on the car at night all the sudden we hear big bang and tire just going "pshhh" and there was that big pot hole where should my friend get his money back from? we been try to think...md high way patrol? thanks guys
